International Absorber Vessel

ISO 9001 Vessel built under NQA-1 Program

Premier Technology was contracted by the customer to perform detailed design and fabrication of an SRU Absorber Vessel for an Energy provider in Canada. The vessel was required to be built to ISO 9001 QA standards. This vessel was built under Premier’s NQA-1 program, which exceeded the ISO 9001 standards. Premier’s engineering and design team performed ASME section VIII code calculations and created fabrication drawings. They also designed access platforms and ladders to comply with AISC and CWB Codes.

All pressure boundary and interior materials were stainless steel. The vessel also required structural access platforms around the perimeter. All access steel had to be welded to AISC and CWB welding standards. There were multiple spray bars, and intricate interior piping. The vessel was manufactured to ASME Section VIII and required CRN registration. CWB and AISC inspection for structural components was performed, as well as ASME Section VIII (and NQA-1) inspection and testing requirements.

Mobile 3-Phase Separators

Built to ASME Section VIII Code

Premier Technology was contracted by an oil service company to perform design, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing and paint activities to construct two mobile (trailer mounted) 3-phase separators. These high pressure 3-phase separators were designed to be deployed to oil well sites and used to separate oil, natural gas and water coming in from the wells.

Premier engineered and designed the vessel, trailer/vessel interface to ensure ability to be transported over the road systems. Premier’s engineer’s provided ASME Section VIII code calculations & fabrication drawings. Premier’s procurement team solicited trailers from a specialty trailer manufacturer, and specialty vessel components.

Premier’s fabrication team was responsible for the forming and material joining of all vessel components. Our Quality program provided inspection and testing of vessels and components to ASME Section VIII. And finally the vessel was transported to the customer’s facility.

High Temperature & Pressure Heat Exchangers

Sulfur Condenser Built to ASME VIII Code

Premier Technology was contracted by an oil service company to design, fabricate and deliver two unique sulfur condenser heat exchangers for a refinery in Kansas. Premier’s engineering and design team provided Perform ASME section VIII engineering, heat transfer calculations and fabrication drawings. Premier’s procurement team solicited all the materials.

Premier’s machining team provided precision machining of tube sheets and flanges (100% custom). Premier’s fabrication team provided forming and material joining of vessel shell, head plates, flanges, tubes and nozzles.

These heat exchangers were engineered to withstand high temperature and pressure and were very unique. ASME Section VIII inspection and testing was performed.
