Prototypes, Scale Models, and Test Articles

Premier Technology is an expert at specialty equipment manufacturing. Our portfolio of past experience includes hundreds of prototypes, scale models, and test articles that span a wide variety of applications. We have extensive experience designing and manufacturing systems that include the integration of mechanical and electrical components.

Value Engineering

Premier’s active participation in a wide variety of industries has allowed us to bring commercially available technology to bear on Defense related challenges. We routinely incorporate COTS items into the systems we design and manufacture in order to reduce cost, improve schedule, and ease future maintenance activities.

In addition to performing engineering and design activities as part of a design/build project, we also regularly provide value engineering support through manufacturability reviews. Our experienced team finds and solves issues upfront, before they affect cost and schedule.

Research and Development

Premier’s capabilities are augmented by a stand-alone Research and Development facility located on our campus. The building is within walking distance of Premier’s world class manufacturing facilities but is a standalone building with separate access controls. This allows our customers to test and operate the equipment we manufacture in a discreet environment while still having access to extensive manufacturing capabilities.
