  • Shelly Sayer
    Chairman of the Board & Chief Financial Officer

    Shelly Sayer served as Premier Technology’s Chief Executive Officer beginning in 2013 and took on dual roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of the Board in 2021. Shelly is a determined CFO that leads through action. She is logical and strategic in her approach to business. She has a strong background in finance, and has successfully cash-flowed Premier’s rapid growth in the last 15 years. 

    During her tenure at Premier, she has accomplished many things, including: orchestrating the company’s first Quality Assurance stamp, developing a DCAA compliant accounting program, managing the finances behind a 90 million dollar energy contract, and built a team of technical managers with strong work ethics and dedicated staff.

    Shelly has an Associate’s degree in chemistry from Eastern Idaho Technical College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from Idaho State University.

    Outside of work, Shelly enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Doug, their two daughters Christi and Ashleigh and her five grandchildren. She is an avid hunter, passionate about wildlife conservation and enjoys traveling the world.

  • Doug Wale
    Chief Executive Officer

    Doug Wale joined Premier Technology's team in the spring of 2017 as the Commercial Nuclear Business Unit Manager, where he successfully led his team for two years in project execution. Doug is a positive leader, and does well at implementing complex systems, and solving difficult problems. Because of his many attributes, Doug's role was expanded to Deputy Chief Operating Officer in the spring of 2019, Chief Operating Officer in the spring of 2020, and Chief Executive Officer in the fall of 2021.

    In this new leadership capacity, Doug oversees Premier's company-wide project execution, and all the accompanying process. Doug has a unique ability to manage detail, while maintaining a long term vision of the end goal, which in turn makes him a very effective and successful leader.

    Doug has over 25 years of nuclear industry experience. His experience includes nuclear plant operations and lifecycle management with the US Navy, Department of Energy and commercial nuclear sectors, as well as engineering and execution of complex Naval Nuclear reactor plant refueling projects. He has managed nuclear programs with annual budgets of over $150 Million and roughly 300 project management and controls, engineering, oversight, supervisory and craft employees.

    Doug has a Bachelor's of Science degree from Excelsior College, is a certified Project Manager and is a member of the American Nuclear Society.

    Doug and his wife, Shyne, enjoy spending time with their family and love the outdoors - camping, hiking, dirt bike riding, and training with their dogs. He is also a member of the American Motorcycle Association and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

  • Douglas Sayer
    Chief Business Officer

    Douglas Sayer co-founded Premier Technology, Inc. in 1996 with nothing more than a pickup truck, one employee, and a desire to improve the American Manufacturing space. He worked diligently to build the company from the ground up, and is a true example of the American Dream.

    Doug’s visionary nature is powerful. Sayer has an innate and charming leadership style, and builds powerful and effective teams within his company. He has frequently been quoted “surround yourself with people that are smarter than you.”

    As Chief Business Officer, Doug is involved in all project and business decisions, drawing on his extensive experience in welding and design, making him a valuable professional resource and mentor to his employees and colleagues. He is passionate about innovation and building a brighter future for tomorrow.

    Doug is a devout classic car collector, and his favorite past time is to rebuild vintage vehicles from the past. Doug is active in politics and his community. He is an advocate for higher education, especially the technical trades.

    Doug enjoys spending his spare time with his wife Shelly, their two daughters Christi and Ashleigh, and his five grandchildren. Doug is an avid hunter, active in wildlife conservation, and enjoys traveling.

  • James Warner
    Director of Sales & Marketing

    James Warner has been with Premier Technology since 1997. He brings a long history of welding, craftsmanship, and innovation to the organization. He leads from a place of hands-on knowledge, and is well respected by many of Premier’s employees and team members.

    Jim is trustworthy and has a general likeability about him, which aids him well in his position as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Jim uses his highly developed interpersonal skills to care for Premier’s customers and the employees that are on his team. Jim truly exemplifys Premier’s mission and has become a valued mentor within the company.

    Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Shaina, and 5 children. Jim is an avid hunter, and wildlife conservative, he also enjoys fishing and anything outdoors.

  • Brian Kramer
    Chief Production Officer & Chief Operating Officer

    Brian Kramer joined Premier Technology’s team in 2003, and has worked diligently in many roles to support the company since. Brian began his career in Premier’s design department, after graduating from Idaho State University with an AAS Design / Drafting Degree. Brian has a unique eye for process and detail, this is a trait he has used in all his roles at Premier Technology.  

    After becoming one of Premier’s most successful and reliable designers, Brian took his organizational skills, and used them in a Project Management role, beginning in 2006. For four years he consistently ran successful projects for Premier’s Food and Beverage division. The food processing installation industry is fast paced and requires planning. Brian’s ability to manage schedule, problem solve, and develop processes, ensured his projects were successful and profitable.  

    In 2009, Brian began to grow his skill set and took on the role of Account Manager. In this capacity he was able to provide sales and estimating support for the Food and Beverage division, while continuing to manage larger time sensitive projects. He continued in this capacity until 2014, where he eventually became the Business Unit Manager for Premier’s Industrial and Mining division. This role allowed him to lead, organize, and direct an entire unit of: sales, estimating, project managers, and crews. While he maintained this role full time, Brian also pursued his finance degree after hours, and graduated in 2015 with a BS Finance degree from Columbia College in 2015. 

    Brian is a valuable team member to Premier Technology. He has consistently grown in knowledge, and leadership over his tenure with the company. He is reliable, intelligent, and extremely logical. Having him in the role of Chief Production Officer is important for Premier’s daily success. In this capacity Brian’s many talents will overflow into Premier’s processes and systems. His well rounded experience in design, project management, sales, and team management, makes him the most ideal Chief Production Officer. 

    When Brian is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and his son Karsten. Most often Brian can be found mountain biking, golfing, hunting, and visiting new places.
