Premier Technology's Rapid Installation Services (RDS) understands how production down-time impacts our customers.
So we've assembled a division that specializes in minimizing that impact.
Our corporate culture instills the attitude and ability to be versatile quality craftsmen and leaders of the
industry. Our Rapid Installation Services begin with initial contact and follow the project to completion.
Throughout our projects Premier Technology prides itself in taking responsibility for the project to allow our
customers to focus on the future of their company not on the headache of the project we are responsible for.
From the start of the project we focus on "zero punch list" items at the end of the project.
This focus means successful projects and smooth startups.

Products and Services
Immediate Response
Premier's Rapid Installation Services begins with initial contact. We can arrive at most destinations in the USA
within a day. Our RDS team consists of individuals with demonstrated ability and who
have worked first hand on-site on previous projects. These representatives know what it takes to make these
projects happen.
Estimating
Our RDS manager who visits the project site will perform the estimating for the project.
After the estimate is complete, it is reviewed and approved by the RDS superviser.
Premier can provide both budgetary and hard number bids. Typically these estimates are completed
and presented to our clients within a few days of initial contact.
Design & Engineering
Premier has the ability to provide a quality design and engineering team. Premier drawings are created using
the Solid Works software package. Solid Works lets us produce drawings and make any changes required to the
drawings without slowing down the project.
Project management
Project management plays a large part in our Rapid Installation Services projects. Premier's project management
team will work to great detail to make sure all bases of the project are covered. The project manager will
ensure a smooth RDS that will completely satisfy any project from start to finish.
Fabrication
Premier has the facility and tooling to support the fabrication needs of any Rapid Installation project.
Our craftsmen have the tooling and ability to perform any finish polishing requirements. Our in-house
paint department and quality control department also support our RDS projects.
Equipment Installation
Premier's RDS installations have continued time and time again to impress our customers. Typical installation
contractors must be monitored and pushed to follow plant regulations and complete their project in a timely manner
with a quality service. Premier prides it self on supporting our customers by following plant regulations and
taking responsibility for the project schedule and project completion to our client's satisfaction.
The same craftsmen who install each item will fabricate the items supplied by Premier. This ensures that the
fabrication and installation processes are a coordinated effort, and that unexpected problems are not
encountered during installation.
Product and Utility Piping
Premier's on-site craftsmen who install the equipment are also qualified to perform any piping requirements
for product or utility lines.
Electrical and Controls
Premier has an electrical and control crew that works together with our mechanical crew to provide a smooth-flowing
project. In all projects it is required that the mechanical crew and electrical crew work together to avoid
impacting down-time-days allotted for the project. Reduced down-time means more productive days and faster
project completion.
Production Start-Up Support
Premier supports all customers during start-up to ensure required production is achieved in a timely manner.

Examples
Poore Brothers Bluffton, IN: Demolition of 700 sq ft of platform with three distribution
lines, five feeding lines and five packaging scales and baggers. Reinstallation of modulated 700 sq ft of new platform
three new distribution lines, six feeding lines and six packaging scales and baggers. Mechanical and electrical
installation from start to finish was seven days with zero punch lists items from customer and a smooth start up
with production requirements met within hours.
Frito Lay West Valley, Utah: Complete demolition of existing cutting system from
peelers to fryer and reinstallation of new modulated cutter system. Mechanical installation complete in seven
days with zero punch list items from customer.
Rudolph foods Dallas, TX: New installation of modulated 300 sq ft of platform two
distribution lines, eight feeder lines four packaging scales and baggers, one incline conveyor, one verilift
conveyor and one seasoning system. Mechanical installation complete in three days with zero punch list items from
customer.
Frito Lay Beloit, WI: Demolition of two conveyors. Modify one conveyor pan. Modify
decking. Install two conveyors on roller tracks with two new chutes. Mechanical installation complete in three
days with zero punch lists items with customer and production requirements within hours.
Frito Lay Beloit, WI: Demolition of two heat exchangers, stacks and piping.
Installation of two new heat exchangers, stacks and piping. Fabrication and installation drawings, fabrication
and mechanical and electrical installation complete in four weeks after receiving purchase order zero punch list
items from customer at completion of the project.
Frito Lay Irving, TX: Demolition of potato bin unloading hydro lift and dewatering
conveyor. Installation of three new floor drains. Installation of new bin system unloading hydro sorter and
incline conveyor. Mechanical, concrete and electrical installation in five days with zero punch lists from
customer and start-up requirements met within hours.
H-E-B San Antonio, TX: Demolition of PC-21 fryer. Installation of new PC-21 fryer,
fryer stacks. Fabrication drawings, fabrication and mechanical and electrical installation was completed in two
weeks after receiving purchase order with zero punch list items.
Crunch Pak Wenatchee, WA: Design, Fabrication, modification of existing equipment and
installation of two new lines form unload to packaging in less than two months.
Crunch Pak Wenatchee, WA: Installation of 300 sq ft of platform with one set of
stairs, two conveyors, two chute modifications, one scale and one bagger. Installation was
completed in two days with zero punch list items from customer.
