Quality Operations Supervisor
Assist in sampling, assessing and verifying that products meet standards and program compliance. Ensure that legal compliance and expectations of the customers are met. Keep documentation of product assessment results and assist in process improvement. Establish and communicate department goals, participate in development, coordination, scheduling, quality, safety and progress review meetings. Perform reviews of direct reports and subcontractors. Monitor Corrective Action and Non-Conforming Item systems to ensure timely completion of corrective actions and non-conformances.
Material Prep/Machine Operator II
Tends fabricating machines such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, and punch, that cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structures.
Plans, lay out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs structural, vessel, equipment, and sheet metal parts, equipment, and products.
Certified Welding Inspector
Perform inspections or to verify that the work inspected, and records maintained, conform to the requirements of the applicable standards. Has responsibility for determining if welded assemblies conform to workmanship and acceptable criteria. AWS Certified Welding Inspector certificate.
Welding Inspector Trainee
Train to perform Visual and Penetrant inspections to verify conformance to specified requirements and documentation of the inspections. Train to perform testing and inspection of products at various stages of production process in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Electrical Apprentice 1st-4th Year
Assists Journeyman or Master Electrician to install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
Assists in the electrical construction of shop fabricated equipment as well as field installation of electrical systems. Works with and maintains 480VAC, 120VAC, and LVLE electrical systems. Plans layout, installs, and repairs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment
Use computer aided drafting software to provide design and drafting support for shop fabrication and field installation projects.
Provides clerical and administrative assistance to the Chief Business Officer (CBO).
Works directly as a functionary of the Human Resources department supporting the Production Department, assisting the Planning Lead by collecting accurate manpower and timing data. Also, assisting the HR department with training and other administrative work.
