Plans, lay out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs structural, vessel, equipment, and sheet metal parts, equipment, and products.
Assists Craftsmen engaged in fabrication of structural or sheet metal products.
Machinist Level II
Sets up and operates conventional, special purpose, and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts.
Machine Operator II
Tends fabricating machines such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, and punch, that cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structures.
Conserve CEO's time and promote the corporate image by representing the CEO internally and externally; provide liaison between the CEO, customers, the public, and employees. Maintain highly confidential files; plans, organize and schedule meetings and events; assist with presentations; prepare detailed travel arrangements and itineraries; screen incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
Uses computer aided drafting software to provide design and drafting support for shop fabrication and field installation projects.
Electrical Apprentice 3rd-4th Year
Assists Electrician or Maintenance Electrician to install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
Assists in the electrical construction of shop fabricated equipment as well as field installation of electrical systems. Works with and maintains 480VAC, 120VAC, and LVLE electrical systems. Plans layout, installs, and repairs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.
Electrical Project Manager
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Work with Business Unit Managers to accurately estimate projects, prepare proposals to submit to customers and provide preliminary project schedules based on the estimates. (closes 10/31/14)
Engineer Level III
Provide engineered solutions by researching technologies, analyzing inputs, evaluating results, recommending solutions, following fabrications, testing equipment and installing solutions.
Sets-up and performs mechanical inspection of machined parts and completed precision assemblies to determine conformance to specifications, tolerances, and workmanship standards.
Welding Inspector Trainee
Train to perform Visual and Penetrant inspections to verify conformance to specified requirements and documentation of the inspections. Train to perform testing and inspection of products at various stages of production process in compliance with applicable codes and standards. (closes 10/31/14)
Inspects products manufactured or processes by private companies for government and commercial use, to ensure compliance with contract specifications. (closes 10/31/14)
Certified Welding Inspector
Perform inspections or to verify that the work inspected, and records maintained, conform to the requirements of the applicable standards. Has responsibility for determining if welded assemblies conform to workmanship and acceptable criteria.
Plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products.
Document Control Assistant
