PRODUCTION

Fabrication Welder
Plans, lay out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs structural, vessel, equipment, and sheet metal parts, equipment, and products.

Machinist Level II
Sets up and operates conventional, special purpose, and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts.

Machining Estimator/Programmer
Estimate machining projects in terms of time required and scope.

 

 DESIGN/DRAFTING

Drafter/Designer
Uses computer aided drafting software to provide design and drafting support for shop fabrication and field installation projects.

 

ELECTRICAL

Electrical Account Manager
Responsible for developing and growing the electrical sales unit of the company

Electrical Estimator
Work with Electrical Department Manager to accurately estimate projects, prepare proposals to submit to customers and provide preliminary project schedules based on the estimates.

Electrical Apprentice 3rd-4th Year
Assists Electrician or Maintenance Electrician to install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.

Journeyman Electrician
Assists in the electrical construction of shop fabricated equipment as well as field installation of electrical systems. Works with and maintains 480VAC, 120VAC, and LVLE electrical systems. Plans layout, installs, and repairs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.

Electrical Project Manager
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

 

 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Estimator
Work with Business Unit Managers to accurately estimate projects, prepare proposals to submit to customers and provide preliminary project schedules based on the estimates. (closes 10/31/14)

Account Manager Level II 
Project management requiring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.  Must build and maintain relationships with external customers and ensure compliance with all aspects of documentation.

Construction Manager
Proactively plans, manages, directs, and coordinates projects with high complexity and/or large timeframes.

 

  ENGINEERING

Engineer Level II
Provide engineered solutions by researching technologies, analyzing inputs, evaluating results, recommending solutions, following fabrications, testing equipment and installing solutions.

Engineer Level III
Provide engineered solutions by researching technologies, analyzing inputs, evaluating results, recommending solutions, following fabrications, testing equipment and installing solutions.

 

QUALITY

Document Control Assistant
Provide administrative assistance to the Document Control Department. (closes 11/30/14)

Dimensional Inspector
Sets-up and performs mechanical inspection of machined parts and completed precision assemblies to determine conformance to specifications, tolerances, and workmanship standards.

Receipt Inspector
Inspects products manufactured or processes by private companies for government and commercial use, to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

Certified Welding Inspector
Perform inspections or to verify that the work inspected, and records maintained, conform to the requirements of the applicable standards. Has responsibility for determining if welded assemblies conform to workmanship and acceptable criteria.

Quality Engineer
Plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products.
