HUMAN RESOURCES

Administrative Assistant
Works directly as a functionary of the Human Resources department, but also assists other department employees, managers and business officials as needed. (closes 9/30/14) 

Personnel Scheduler
Working with information provided by the Production Scheduler, this individual will assign personnel to specific jobs and work schedules based on production requirements, employee skill sets and various efficiencies. (closes 9/30/14) 

 

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Executive Assistant
Conserve CEO's time and promote the corporate image by representing the CEO internally and externally; provide liaison between the CEO, customers, the public, and employees. Maintain highly confidential files; plans, organize and schedule meetings and events; assist with presentations; prepare detailed travel arrangements and itineraries; screen incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible. DESIGN/DRAFTING

Drafter/Designer
Uses computer aided drafting software to provide design and drafting support for shop fabrication and field installation projects.

 

ELECTRICAL

Electrical Apprentice 1st-2nd Year
Assists Electrician or Maintenance Electrician to install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.

Electrical Apprentice 3rd-4th Year
Assists Electrician or Maintenance Electrician to install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.

Journeyman Electrician
Assists in the electrical construction of shop fabricated equipment as well as field installation of electrical systems. Works with and maintains 480VAC, 120VAC, and LVLE electrical systems. Plans layout, installs, and repairs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Estimator
Work with Business Unit Managers to accurately estimate projects, prepare proposals to submit to customers and provide preliminary project schedules based on the estimates. (closes 10-22-14)

Project/Account Manager Level II - Federal Services
Project management requiring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements including ASME NQA-1 standards. Must build and maintain relationships with external customers and ensure compliance with all aspects of documentation.

Account Manager Level I
Work with Business Unit Managers to independently manage small scale projects and support upper level account managers with large scale projects.  Assist with sales support and accurately estimating projects as needed.  Work with managers to assist with preparing proposals for customers and assist in providing preliminary project schedules.

Senior Account Manager - Commercial Nuclear Services
Senior level Account Manager responsible to sell products for manufacturer to business and industrial establishments or individuals at sales office or customer's place of business. Must have experience in the Commercial Nuclear sector.

Account Manager - Commercial Nuclear Services
Mid-level Account Manager responsible to sell products for manufacturer to business and industrial establishments or individuals at sales office or customer's place of business. Must have experience in Commercial Nuclear sector.

 

ENGINEERING

Engineer Level III
Provide engineered solutions by researching technologies, analyzing inputs, evaluating results, recommending solutions, following fabrications, testing equipment and installing solutions.

 

QUALITY

Dimensional Inspector
Sets-up and performs mechanical inspection of machined parts and completed precision assemblies to determine conformance to specifications, tolerances, and workmanship standards. (closes 10-22-14)

Welding Inspector Trainee
Train to perform Visual and Penetrant inspections to verify conformance to specified requirements and documentation of the inspections.  Train to perform testing and inspection of products at various stages of production process in compliance with applicable codes and standards.  (closes 10-22-14)

Receipt Inspector
Inspects products manufactured or processes by private companies for government and commercial use, to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

Certified Welding Inspector
Perform inspections or to verify that the work inspected, and records maintained, conform to the requirements of the applicable standards. Has responsibility for determining if welded assemblies conform to workmanship and acceptable criteria.

Quality Engineer Level II
Plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products.

Document Control Assistant
Provide administrative assistance to the Document Control department
